History Description |
Built for John Lane, cooper, who emigrated from Tipperary in 1853 at the age of 15. He established a barrel factory on John Street. Jim and George Pearson had a butcher business, which they bought from Jack Dean. Jim Pearson built sheds, along with the barn for stabling their three horses.
