History Description |
Said to be the former home of Mrs. Jane Cook, a 19th century inn-keeper, located on the Vaughan side of Yonge Street. At the time of one of Yonge Streets widenings, the house, which stood next to the inn, was relocated to the present location. It may have been quite different originally: see comments below. |
